Additional waiting time for point-to-point services is not included and will be added to the bill if utilized. Charges begin after 15 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time. For airport pickups, up to 30 minutes of waiting from the actual flight arrival time is included. Additional waiting time and parking fees are not covered in the initial rate and will be added to the final bill. All charges are calculated by the hour; no half-hour increments are permitted. The quoted rate prior to service is an estimate; the final total may vary due to additional waiting time, stops, or route changes. The cardholder is responsible for all payments and agrees to all charges either verbally or through written confirmation. We obtain credit card authorizations for all bookings that exceed estimated quotes in case of additional charges. A 3% convenience fee applies to credit card payments exceeding $1000.

PAYMENT / CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Sedan and SUV: Cancellations within two hours of the scheduled service or on-site will incur a full charge. Cancellations made at least two hours prior to service incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Limo, Vintage Car, Van, or Bus: Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled service will incur a full charge. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings.
  • Early Morning Policy: For services scheduled between 12 AM ET and 9 AM ET, cancellations or modifications must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Changes: Modifications are subject to availability and are not guaranteed if made within 24 hours of service.

SPECIAL EVENTS DATES POLICY:

  • Special events include but are not limited to Super Bowl, New Year’s Eve, Prom, or any service explicitly marked as a Special Event on the booking confirmation.
  • The Special Event cancellation policy overrides standard policies. Cancellations made within two weeks of the scheduled service will incur a full charge.
  • A 100% non-refundable deposit is required for all special event bookings.

LIABILITY AGREEMENT: This agreement pertains to the rental of limousine services. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will result in a minimum fee of $150 for cleaning or repair. The company reserves the right to determine the extent of damage and the necessary charges. The chauffeur has the authority to terminate service without refund in cases of client misconduct. Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles. The company is not responsible for delays caused by unsafe road conditions, forgotten items, or mechanical breakdowns but will make efforts to compensate for lost time. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond capacity. The company is not liable for personal belongings left in the vehicle.

ALCOHOL AND DRUG POLICY: Consumption of alcohol is permitted in vehicles with appropriate licensing. Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service without refund. Passengers under the age of 21 are not allowed to consume alcohol in vehicles.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES: If the duration or scope of service exceeds the original booking, additional charges will apply. Baby seats are available upon request but are not guaranteed. The client is responsible for the proper installation and safety of the baby seat. The company relinquishes responsibility for the use of baby seats.

PET POLICY: Pets are allowed in vehicles only with prior approval. Additional cleaning fees may apply. Service animals are always permitted.

GRATUITY: A standard 20% gratuity will be added to all reservations unless otherwise specified by the client.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: In cases of severe weather conditions, services may be rescheduled or delayed for safety reasons. The company will notify clients of any changes as soon as possible.

By booking services, the client agrees to all terms and conditions outlined above.
